Rigid-Flexible Grinding Tools
Leveraging extensive process data and hands-on field experience, TREEINCO's technical team has independently developed a "rigid-flexible" composite grinding tool. This tool integrates both rigid and flexible processing capabilities, adapting to the diverse process requirements of various casting types. It can perform multiple operations including cutting, rough grinding, precision grinding, deburring, and polishing, and is compatible with various metal workpieces such as cast iron, cast aluminum, and cast steel. The rigid-flexible composite grinding tool has now become a core technological highlight of the company, endowing industrial robots with dexterity comparable to human hands, enabling them to efficiently handle a wide range of complex grinding tasks.

Rigid Tools
Suitable for rough machining of large-area, heavy-allowance metal components, capable of removing various types of gates and riser roots in a single pass;
Can be paired with a grinding monitoring system to monitor and regulate grinding force in real time, preventing equipment overload.
Flexible Tools
Suitable for precision finishing of complex curved surfaces and small-allowance metal components, such as grinding parting lines, curved surfaces, flash, and burrs;
Features 360° radial compliance, enabling flexible contact between the tool and the workpiece for adaptive contour-following grinding, effectively preventing over-cutting and over-grinding.
Vision System
Equipped with a 3D vision camera on the front end, the integrated vision system enables the composite grinding tool to achieve grinding accuracy within 0.5 mm through self-developed vision software.
Tool Changer
The tool magazine stores various types of tools. The robot can autonomously perform tool changes according to process requirements, adapting to flexible production of multiple casting types and effectively improving production efficiency.
