This product is developed for precision grinding of medium-sized castings.This product uses a general-purpose six-axis industrial robot, with a composite grinding tool mounted at the robot end. Equipped with a 3D vision system and a grinding monitoring system, it enables flexible processing of gates, risers, residual roots, and flash on medium-sized castings. This product features high efficiency, high precision, and high flexibility. Typical applications include cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, gearboxes, steering gear housings, flywheel housings, motor bases, and more.
