This laboratory is dedicated to the research and innovation of 3D vision-related technologies. Based on 3D vision technology, we have built a complete "perception-decision-execution" intelligent closed-loop for industrial robots, enabling them to perform every action accurately and effectively even when faced with various deviations and workpiece errors. The laboratory is equipped with various vision sensors, vision algorithm testing platforms, industrial robots, simulation roller tables, computers, and controllers. Here, differences are abstracted into data, and algorithms are manifested as actions.

This platform focuses on grinding process R&D and database development. We systematically study the interaction between various grinding tools and different casting materials, transforming the resulting insights into empirical data for better knowledge transfer and application. The platform is equipped with a range of grinding tools, mechanical components, 3D vision systems, information systems, control systems, and inspection equipment. Here, experience-based grinding know-how is converted into quantifiable process parameters.

This platform focuses on testing grinding processes for various casting rough blanks. To meet the grinding requirements of different casting rough blanks (including gates, risers, parting lines, flash, burrs, etc.), we offer a full-process service covering "sample evaluation → process design → sample grinding → result recording → on-site validation → report generation." The platform is equipped with industrial robots, 3D vision systems, various grinding tools, simple fixtures and tooling, and a live recording system. Here, technical processes are validated, and grinding results are evaluated.
