Each workstation is configured with a 3D vision system, a grinding monitoring system, composite grinding tools, simple tooling, and offline programming software, enabling flexible processing and efficient changeover for different castings. Through the automatic loading and unloading system, the production line can precisely identify casting models for random sorting without the need for special transport pallets, and after gripping the castings, it can accurately place them at the corresponding workstation for processing. Through the information system, data such as the operating status and production efficiency of different workstations can be integrated into the production information system, helping operation and management personnel improve factory operational efficiency.
