3D Vision Algorithms
Since 2014, Quanyu Industrial's technical team has been independently developing 3D vision algorithm technologies and has accumulated multiple national invention patents and software copyrights. The company has fully mastered mainstream vision solutions including line laser, area laser, cross laser, and point laser, and has maturely applied them across multiple automation fields such as grinding, deburring, mold closing, core setting, sandblasting, sorting, and loading/unloading. Today, 3D vision algorithms have become the company's core technological feature, endowing industrial robots with "eyes" and a "brain" akin to those of humans, enabling them to intelligently perform a wide range of complex tasks.
Core Algorithms
Deviation Correction and Positioning
Corrects the spatial posture deviation of the workpiece, ensuring that the actual operational posture aligns with the theoretical operational posture.
Dimensional Compensation
Compensates for dimensional deformation deviations of the workpiece, ensuring that the actual machining dimensions align with the theoretical machining dimensions.
Programming Algorithms
Offline Programming
Vision-based offline modeling eliminates the need for high-precision fixtures and tooling, significantly reducing downtime.
Autonomous Programming
The vision system automatically generates grinding trajectories, eliminating the need for teaching, models, or programming.
