Equipped with a universal 6‑axis industrial robot, the system allows selection of either a single or dual dispensing gun according to production capacity requirements. When two servo‑driven dispensing guns are deployed, servo‑controlled distance adjustment adapts to glue points with different spacings and enables simultaneous two‑point gluing to improve gluing efficiency. It supports gluing for dots, circles, straight lines and irregular profiles. The dimensional gluing tolerance is ±1 mm for both length and width, with a dispensing diameter ranging from 2 mm to 5 mm. Dispensing nozzles are manually replaceable to prevent degradation of dispensing quality caused by clogging or damage.
